Sometimes I wonder

Do Koreans ever get excited when something makes sense in English? For example, someone is currently rocking a jacket with a military looking patch that says "General Idea." what's funny is that whoever designed it probably felt the rush of an epiphany, then yelled out "Genious!!" triumphantly.
